Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa!

Grandma Blevins, Katelyn, and Ashton came this weekend for a basketball tournament. They also babysat on Saturday night. Grandma suprised us with a bicycle trailer so we can all take a bike ride together. Jackson enjoyed it, but since it was so close to naptime, it made him sleepy. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

Ice cream may be Jackson's favorite food. Anyone who has ice cream around him better be willing to share as Ashton found out when he settled in on her lap for a few spoonfuls!

Dinner and a Walk

We love living so close to Charlotte. When Uncle Tim is working, Aunt Jamie and Charlotte come for dinner and a walk if it is nice outside. We've been logging a lot of miles now that the weather is better.

Spring is here!

There has been beautiful weather lately! On Sunday Jackson and I went a lot of walks. He loves being outside and wants to stop at every slide or swingset and he sees. We went on one walk in the morning with Nana...

Then one with Charlotte, Aunt Jamie, and Ellie..

The kids love to watch Ellie walk ahead of them.

Then one walk after dinner... Charlotte and Jackson would try to hold hands when the strollers got close! This is why we moved to Indy!

Tired Boy!

Sorry these posts are so late... Jackson went with Nana, Aunt Jamie, and Mommy to Amanda's bridal shower last Saturday and was so tired when we got back to Nana's house that he fell asleep with his leg up at naptime!

Dare Devil!

Jackson loves it when his daddy throws him up in the air and swings him around. This video may make his grandmas heart skip a beat!!

Bubbles

Charlotte and Jackson had a great time Sunday night with the new bubble gun Tyler bought! Watch this video to see how their faces light up...Charlotte loves them!

Floor Picnic

Before we went to a birthday party on Saturday night, Jackson had a little picnic on the floor. He thought it was great since he always eats in his high chair!

Little Helper

He's really not that thorough, but Jack likes helping out by sweeping the floor :)

The Score: Toilet 1, Jackson 0

Jack started his Easter morning
by having a run in with the toilet. He got a huge goose egg on his forehead (which we called an Easter egg the rest of the day because it sounds more festive. ) A few tears, but then it just looked worse than it really was.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter! Jackson go to participate in his first Easter Egg Hunt at grandma and grandpa Blevins this weekend. He didn't quite understand that you collect the eggs because he just wanted to play with the first one he picked up and call it a day.

These eggs are big and look like balls so he preferred to play with the decorations instead.

Dinner and a Movie

Charlotte and Jackson enjoyed dinner and a movie the other night when we got together. They ate and watched Baby Einstein.

Ready for Spring

Charlotte and her mommy came over for dinner last night. Charlotte and Jackson are ready for some fresh air and made it clear that they wanted outside! Press play to see babies protesting against being indoors any longer!

Tournament Selection Show

Grandpa Jack came over to watch the tournament selection show on Sunday. He told Jackson to cheer for IU since his grandpa Larry loved IU basketball!

Then daddy tried to get Jackson to be a Kentucky fan. Since Mommy went to IU and also posts on the blog, I think she has the last word! GO HOOSIERS!

Busy Babies

This weekend Charlotte and Jackson had fun doing everything their parents tell them NOT to do. Charlotte played on the stairs...

Jackson sat on the dog....poor Ellie!

Then Jackson played on the fireplace! One would think their houses weren't full of fun toys!

Nice Day at the Playground

We took Jackson to the playground yesterday. It was 60 degrees outside! He liked the swing, but really wanted to go play basketball with some kids on the court across from the playground.

Our brave little boy didn't need any help from mommy or daddy when it came to pushing himself down the slide. He loved it! We are ready for spring!

Watch this video of our little dare devil!

Cabin Fever

Jackson got his first taste of playing outside on Sunday when it was almost 70 degrees in Indianapolis. Since then, it started snowing and dropped back down to 30 degrees. Now he just wanders around the house and looks outside a lot wishing he could go outside and play ball. Thank goodness for the gate on the stairs and the outlet covers! Otherwise mommy and daddy would be running after him more than they are!

ANOTHER haircut

Jackson's hair was getting a little long again. Uncle Tim said he looked like his last name should be Trump! So, we headed to Clubhouse Cuts for another haircut!

We went to Nana's this weekend. Charlotte and I played together, but mostly I kept my mommy running after me since I'm so quick on my feet.

Happy Valentine's Day!

For Valentine's Day, (Charlotte's first and my second) we got together for dinner since Charlotte's daddy was working.

My mommy didn't have to be at work until 10 this morning so I got to spend some extra time playing with her before I went to Nancy's.
